Joylife.com.au Buyer's Reward Points, save while you spend!

For every dollar you spend as a member excluding delivery fee you will receive one (1) Reward Point which will automatically be added to your membership account. Every time you place an order with joylife.com.au you will be accumulating Buyer's Reward Points which can be redeemed as a dollar value discount off your total purchase order.

To redeem your buyer's Rewards points, as you check out, details of your available points and points to redeem will be displayed on the check out form. Simply enter the amount of points you want to redeem and they will be automatically deducted as a dollar $ value off the total cost excluding delivery fee.

- Buyer's Reward Points will be added to your account one (1) day after purchase confirmed

- To redeem your Reward Points you must have accumulated a minimum of 100 points

- Your Reward points should be redeemed within 12 months after purchase date to prevent point time out, i.e. loss of points.

- Points are calculated at a 100:1 point value to dollar value ratio.

Formula - Points accumulated divided by 100 = dollar value discount

e.g. Spend $500 divided by 100 = $5 Discount

Delivery within Australia

Joylife.com.au uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.

We have a flat rate of $8.95 on all orders under 3kg’s to anywhere in Australia. Additional kilos are charges at $1.00 per kilo. We offer free delivery for the purchase is over AUD500.00.

Delivery to Mainland China

We charge AUD50.00 for the first kg and AUD20.00/kg thereafter. We offer free delivery the purchase is over AUD1000.00 and paid in Australia Dollar via internet or in our retail shops.
